Customers can exchange/return any damaged or unused products within 7 days from the date you receive the product (based on the product receipt document). The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The company will exchange/return the product under the following conditions:

– The product is damaged and unusable.

– The wrong product was sent.

– The product or product packaging is damaged.

– The product must not be used.

– The product must be returned with the product packaging.

– If you receive the product for more than 7 days, the company reserves the right to accept the return of the product from you.

How to return the product

Check the return status

Cost of returning the product

If the product you receive is incorrect, damaged or broken, the company is happy to pick up the product and replace it at the address specified in the purchase order document without any charges.

Replacing the product

As soon as we receive your returned product, we will assess the product and inspect the quality of your returned product. The inspection process will take approximately 7 business days from the date the company receives the returned product.

After approving the replacement of the new product, the company will deliver the new product to you according to the specified delivery time. You will receive an email stating that we are in the process of replacing the new product for you.

 

Refund Policy

The company will refund the full amount of the order to the customer in the event that the company cannot find a replacement or replacement product for the original product you ordered. The company reserves the right to consider refunding the product price. It will not refund in cash in any case.

In the case of a refund request due to broken or damaged products, the company reserves the right to consider the case of a manufacturing or delivery error. The company will deliver a new product to the customer instead of refunding.

Delivery within Bangkok and its vicinity 3-5 business days, in which the customer will receive a tracking number to confirm the delivery. Delivery only Monday – Friday from 10.00 – 17.00 hrs. Reserve the right to deliver on public holidays and government holidays.

Upcountry

Delivery period for upcountry is 5-7 business days, in which the customer will receive the tracking number to confirm the delivery. Delivery only Monday – Friday from 10.00 – 17.00 hrs. Reserve the right to deliver on public holidays and government holidays.

Delivery fee

The company delivers free of charge when purchasing products of 1,000 baht or more/item. If the purchase amount is less than 1,000 baht, there will be an additional delivery fee of 50 baht/item.

  1. Delivery service is only available within Thailand.
  2. Delivery time is an estimated time, depending on the shipping company, excluding Sundays, public holidays and government holidays.
  3. Delivery will be carried out according to the order number.
